Risca RFC is one of the very few clubs in Wales that owns an indoor 3G training surface. The facility is a credit to the club, and has been a marvellous benefit not only to Risca RFC., but to the local community.

Originally installed in 2012, the 3G was renewed again in 2025. The facility is not just for use by the rugby club, but available for hire to other local sporting organisations, and private hire.
