Risca Youth ended the season on a great high at Rodney Parade last night, by winning the Dragons Regional Youth Shield. Playing a very highly talented Cwmbran Youth RFC in what was their final game of the season, Risca at half time were 25 - 12 down at halh time, and it looked like a very difficult come back. However, the young Cuckoos dug deep and pulled off a performance that any person knowing something about rugby, woud be proud of. The final score being 44 - 25 to Risca, and Iwan Dark being awarded player of the match. Congratulations to the young Cuckoos on ending the club seas.....
